Gudang4D Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Gudang4D ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, forms the entire agreement between you and Gudang4D regarding use of the platform.

Using any part of the Gudang4D platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making deposits, playing games, or claiming promotions — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms contained herein. You are advised to read this document thoroughly before getting started.

2 Registration Eligibility

To register and use the Gudang4D platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Gudang4D employee.
• Act solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Never having had a Gudang4D account terminated due to prior terms violations.

Gudang4D reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Gudang4D. Owning or using more than one account — whether under your own name, someone else's name, a different email address, or by any other means — is a serious violation of these terms.

• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact Gudang4D support immediately.
• Gudang4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Transferring, selling, or granting account access to another party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Gudang4D supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and USDT. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 3 to 5 minutes once KYC verification is complete and rollover requirements are met.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid identity card or passport copy.
• Funds in your Gudang4D account may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Gudang4D reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and associated funds will be frozen.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Gudang4D offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per user, device, IP address, and household.
• Gudang4D reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of abuse, including hedge betting, use of automated software, or coordination across multiple accounts.
• The maximum bet while using an active bonus is RM50 per spin or wager unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value unless the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Gudang4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the Gudang4D platform are operated in accordance with rules set by their respective game providers. The Random Number Generators (RNG) used have been audited and certified by independent international certification bodies to ensure full fairness.

• The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by Gudang4D or any user.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Gudang4D will settle any pending bets in accordance with valid system records.
• Gudang4D's system results are final in all disputes relating to game outcomes.
• The use of automated software, bots, exploit tools, or any other unfair means in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.

7 User Responsibilities

As a Gudang4D platform user, you agree to:

• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional use without written permission from Gudang4D.
• Not posting, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or that damages the reputation of Gudang4D or other users.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations that apply to you as an individual user.
• Not disclosing confidential platform information to any third party.

You also acknowledge that wagering carries the risk of financial loss and that all wagering decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. Gudang4D encourages all players to set personal limits and play within their financial means.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Gudang4D reserves the right, at our absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is below the stipulated minimum age.
• Inaccurate, false, or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abuse of platform bonuses or promotions.
• Request from the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Gudang4D support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review, subject to KYC compliance and no active term violations.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Gudang4D platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface design, software code, trademark names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of Gudang4D or its respective licensors.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from Gudang4D.
• The name "Gudang4D" and its associated logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
• Any content you submit or post to Gudang4D (such as reviews or feedback) is granted to us as a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use in any manner we deem appropriate.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gudang4D shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical faults, system maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Third-party content or actions connected to our platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

In all circumstances, Gudang4D's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

11 Changes to Terms

Gudang4D reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made:

• We will display a new "Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Notices will be sent to your registered email and/or via in-platform notifications.
• Changes will take effect 7 days after notice is given, except for changes required for legal or security reasons, which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Gudang4D platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
